This full-cycle hospitality project in Walsall involves site acquisition and the development of a premium venue space designed for large-scale events and conferences. Currently at the feasibility and planning stage, the proposed development will feature a four-storey structure with a basement, offering state-of-the-art banqueting and conferencing facilities.
The venue will include two expansive banqueting halls, with the largest spanning 461 sqm, complete with a bar and lounge area. A smaller reception space will accompany a 377 sqm restaurant, catering to fine dining and social gatherings. Additionally, the development will house five separate conference rooms, providing flexible event spaces suited for corporate functions, private events and community gatherings.
