Texaco Service Station & Expansion (2010)

Retail & Commercial Development

This project involved the modernisation and expansion of a Texaco Service Station on a high-traffic arterial road leading into London’s financial district. The development aimed to maximise the potential of the site, improve fuel storage infrastructure and enhance customer facilities, ensuring the station remained competitive in a busy urban environment.

A key component of the project was the installation of six new double-skin fuel storage tanks, ensuring compliance with government fuel storage regulations and enhancing environmental safety by minimising the risk of leaks or contamination. The site was also reconfigured and expanded, incorporating a 3,000 sq. ft. retail area with a new Upper Crust eatery, providing greater convenience for commuters and local customers.
