This project involved the conversion of a three-storey commercial building with a basement into a nine-unit student accommodation complex. Designed for modern student living, the development offers a mix of studios and two-bedroom flats, combining comfort, functionality, and sustainability.
Full Strip-Out & Structural Upgrades
A comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken, including:

- Extensive basement works, ensuring full waterproofing and structural integrity
