Candle Court Care Home, Cricklewood (1996)

This landmark project, a joint venture with the TLC Group, involved transforming a contaminated land site into a state-of-the-art care home. Kantesh oversaw the comprehensive process, including land remediation, design and construction, with Castle Oak appointed as the builders. Candle Court accommodated 96 patients, along with workspaces for all necessary support staff.

The building included advanced features like a full basement for utilities, sensory rooms, a multilingual library, a multi-faith prayer room, treatment rooms, open lounge areas and a fully equipped catering kitchen with a dining area.
